I have been searching for an hour on where to change the message that is currently displayed in my shopping cart. The one that says "You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)"

I am new here so this is probably a super easy thing that I just don't know about! Thanks so much for your help!!
