I found the problem. It was with Internet Explorer. The options were working fine in Chrome and FoxFire and if I clicked on the Compatibility View button in IE then the options were seen. In my /includes/templates/all_business/css folder there was a file named ie7.css and it had a style called #productAttributes with margin-left:-350px and apparently that doesn't work in IE 8. I removed that style and now it works fine.

Are you using FireFox? I see that it looks pretty bad in that browser. Looks fine in IE and Chrome. Didn't check Safari yet.

Your welcome, When i first viewed your attribues, I did a test and the warning came up and i could add to the cart, but the warning message has been changed to what I am use to seeing in my test site to duplicate your problem to help fix... I should of said something from the start... Would of saved us a few threads..
