I want to make all items free shipping

and now the current items in my store are free shipping and the free shipping icon is displayed

but when i add new items,they don't show free shipping info and the free shipping icon is none display

i have to update the code for free shipping again and again after i add new products


Who do you know how to solve this problem? Thank you
