Home+Loggin+search at T.O.P. not showing in IE

I customize the classic template using FireFox and then notice things aren't going as well in Internet Explorer. For instance, this time my "Home", "Loggin" and "Search" buttons at T.O.P., doesn't show, as well as my animated favicon for IE. What to do?

IE8 can't run on my OS, guess it's not 64 bit
