Is there any add-ons for quantity discount on shipping charge?
Discount deduction on total price of items is not what I want.

For example: set spend $1000 or more of total item price, get 50% volume shipping discount. Original shipping cost is $120, after 50% discount, customer pays $60 only. So total check out price is $1060.
