Removing "larger image" hyperlink when no image present

Hi guys
I have disabled images for my product listing "detail" page (the one you get when you click on a product for "more info" or click the product name from the product listing).

Currently "display product image" is set to "0" in admin.

What I'd like it that products with NO image specified have NEITHER the "no image" placeholder NOR the empty hyperlink saying "larger image" when there is no image.

Is there a way to change Zen Cart behavior so that products with no image specified simply show NO IMAGE and NO HYPERLINK (i.e. no images, nothing except the product name etc.)?

By default if no specific image exists the /images/no_picture.gif is displayed
One can edit this image to be what they prefer - - just maintain the file name and file type as the easiest route versus altering the code for some other image name/type

Thanks for the reply! Actually what I am looking for is a way to remove any image from a product with no image (I have thousands of products, most with no image, so if I relied on the default "noimage.gif", my shop would be filled with the same gif)

Admin >> Configuration >> Product Listing -- Set Display Product Image -- change 1 to 0

This WILL effect ALL product images.

You will have to custom code the check for an image along with what to do in an if>else
