Yes, cpanel/phpmyadmin to go into the product tables, find the creation date of the product and change it.

Never having done this I cannot be sure - but that may affect pre-existing orders of customers who have already purchased that product (having purchased a product on a date before the date on which it was created).

The simplest solution is to make a note of all of the product details, delete the product and then add it again as a new product.
