possible iframe issue please help

Hi, I am using an iframe in my header so I could use my buttons exactly where I wanted them and to also make it easier to change the header site wide, including my own html pages. I also have installed url mapping mod.

My problem is that when i click one of my links it seems to move the frame down and add another row of duplicate zen cart links at the top of the page ( please see attached images )
