    Default banner manager

Hi i have put a couple of ads into the side advert boxes using the banner manager

but i have noticed that banner manager has resized them and they look all weird and 1 is un-readable

what sizes should they be please?
i've looked in the FAQ section but it just says a standard size

I don't recall the sizes of the examples off hand, but if you look at the examples in the /images/banners folder of a new install, you can use those sizes as a starting point.

i figured out the sizes from the install files thanks but.......

the sizes that are there are
    125 x 125
    140 x 220

so i think mine are the 140x220 that are in the sideboxes

trouble is i'm saving them as a jpg file but the banner manager is sending them weird looking for some reason very strange

    think i have it sorted
bit of a long winded way to do it though
i made the ad in photoshop and then tried to save it as a jpg but it didn't work properly for some reason
so i tried it as a png that didn't work

so what i had to do was save as a png then open it using a preview and save as a jpeg lol

but at least it's worked now and is the right size and you can actually read the ad now
