Adding multiple product fields

What is not clear to me is:

1. How do you modify the instructions if your TABLE_PRODUCTS_EXTRA_STUFF includes multiple fields, not just one. I know there is a comment saying that everything needs to be repeated, except step 6, but this does not seem to make sense to me. See for example step 3, which is where I have gotten stuck.

2. What if you have opted to use V_PRODUCTS_MODEL instead of V_PRODUCTS_ID as your primary index? See for example step 3.
