looking for this header

hello, I am trying to locate the header file that displays this:
EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart


and also the footer for:

home :: My Account :: Site Map :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Action DVDs

I would like to rename some of the links. Ie: ezpages to shortcut.

You remove them by turning them of in Admin > Tools > EZ-Pages

I actually don't want to remove them but wants to update the name.
ie: exznames changes to shortcut while keeping the link.
just need to know the path of these 2 files so I can update them.

Most all text is in a language file and the header file as you ask for only contains the constant that links to the defined language/text to display
