Cursor Problem in IE

I am having a problem with the cursor in IE when you click on an input box the cursor is on the outside of it instead of on the inside, It does not do this in firefox.

Any advise would be helpful.

Please specify the IE version you see this with so that others with that version can check

Try switching to the classic template to narrow down if this is attributable to your template

It only does it with this template. I guess I will have to change templates because I cannot figure out what is wrong.
