Copy attributes to other products

I have looked on the forum but can't find the answer to my specific question. I have set up a product with attributed as I want it and set up all the other products without attributes. I want all the products to have the same attributes. Is there a way of copying the attributes from my first product to all the others?

Go to the Attributes Controller and find the Product that you have setup with Attributes ...

Then, you can use the:
Copy to Product
-- or --
Copy to Category (of Products)
