emails not sending to .co.uk addresses

hoping someone can help with this one..

we're having problems getting zencart to send emails to addresses with a .co.uk domain name.

if the admin email is set to a .com then the contact form works as does the copy order confirmation emails.

as soon as the admin email gets changed back to a .co.uk then we can't receive contact form emails or copy order confirmation emails.

using the latest version of zencart.

any ideas?

That would be an issue with the emailserver configuration, which is handled by your hosting company.
You might be able to work around that misconfiguration by changing your Zen Cart "Email Transport Method" to SMTPAUTH and setting up the SMTP settings also on that screen.
Otherwise, talk to your hosting company and get them to fix their email routing problems.
