moving special % off up above price

Hi all I have a customer that wants to display that wants the % off thats displayed when you have a special set up on an item to show above the special price.

as default it displays the info like this (with the first price crossed out)

£199.99 £189.00
Save: 5% off

they want it to display like this with the first price not crossed out

£199.99
Save: 5% off
£189.00

i have manged to get it to display like this

£199.99
£189.00
Save: 5% off

but i can not find anywhere in the coding to change the new price so it displays above the %off

could anyone tell me what part i will need to edit to change them around.

also if its possible to not have the first price crossed out.

I have sorted out the crossed out bit, but still need help moving the % up.
