Can someone please point me or tell me what i am doing wrong. Or perhaps tell me a step by step on how to set this up??

My shipping module is not set up right. Or i should say my customers and im trying to help her.

She has 10 items in cart, it needs to add up all weight for shipping it doesnt.

I just want the weight added up at the end of an order, USPS contacted for a rate and then a shipping "class" chosen. How do I do this?

Can someone point me or help me with this.... Pretty please
