Downloads Being Charged Shipping

Setting up Zen cart v1.3.9h

Followed the tutorial on physical/download combo products, the product is set to that and priced by it's attribute option. Shippable product has a weight, downloadable doesn't. Using the USPS Shipping Module.

Shippable products are calculated correctly, downloads are being charged shipping

Is there something I missed?

Have you a Product URL that we can see how you have this set up?

I missed a setting, "Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status" was 0, set it to 1 and now it only shows free shipping for downloads. Sorry!
