There is no such thing included in Zencart. I suspect that the templates13 people are referring to a folder on your local computer you would use to store the files from templates and mods you've installed (a good idea), but you'd have to ask them to be sure.

If so, then use this very simple translation:

"Zencart Script installation folder" = whatever folder you installed Zen Cart to on your webserver. Often this would be something like /home/yourname/public_html/ or some variation of that. You can discover it in more specific detail by using your FTP program and/or contacting your hosting company for specific help in understanding their filesystem structure and whatever tools they recommend for accessing those files from your own computer.
