Can I apply free shipping over a certain price when coupon used

I want to know if this is possible and how when for example

Product total value as below
$400 - 10% Coupon = Final Total $360 >> Apply Free shipping
$334 - 10% Coupon = Final Total $300.6 >> Apply Free shipping
$300 - 10% Coupon = Final Total $270 >> No free shipping

I am using Table Shipping method with items over $300 free shipping

What is it doing now that you don't want? What is it that you want that it is not doing?

In relation to presenting the shipping charges, where does one enter their coupon code that you are referring? At what point are you wanting to tell the customer that they either 1) have free shipping or 2) at this point must now pay for shipping even though it looked like you didn't? How important is this "option" to standard/routine operation?

Not sure how else I could explain more clearly but here it goes for you.

What is it doing now that you don't want?
I don't want to supply customers who use a 10% coupon applied and bought total final amount <= $300 use Free shipping.

What is it that you want that it is not doing?
I want to supply customers who use a 10% coupon applied and bought total final amount=> $301 use Free shipping.

These steps are as per Zencart checkout steps. I do not want to change it at all.

How important is this "option" to standard/routine operation?
Standard routine does not allow me to apply my choice (as per my requirement above)

There's nothing built-in to do this. You'd have to have a developer customize your site.

It should be because it is important and should be part of the free shipping or coupon functionality to make charges fair and correct.
