I would like to customize the right sidebar that comes up when I visit this link http://sepsserver.com/zencart/. It starts with a box entitled "sponsors". I can not seem to locate the file I need to modify. Does anyone know the location of this code?

That is your "banner_box_all" banner. The content is controlled by a combination of your admin's Tools->Banner Manager for the content and Configuration->Layout Settings for the positioning.
