    help question config.core.php problem?

I have upgraded from 139f to 139g this morning and couldn't access the Admin after uploading all the files. After a lot of searching I found that the "admin/includes/auto_loaders/config.core.php" file was causing all the problems.
Apparently it had 2 lines of code added in this upgrade which were removed in the 139g to 139h upgrade.
Anyway I am now running the 139f version of this file and all is well. were those 2 lines of code the ONLY problem or should I be going through everything all over again?
I want to move on to 139h but i'm concerned about the possibility of something wrong elsewhere. Any ideas? Cheers.

1.3.9g had some problems. That's why 1.3.9h was released. You should have done the full upgrade.

    Thanks Doc.
I have now upgraded to 139h and all is now well, but anyone stopping at 139g take warning that you probably won't be able to access your Admin, due to those lines of code mentioned.
One more pitfall, that may save others some time is to do with the Paypal Express shortcut icon....read here(note that the problem wasn't resolved until the tpl_ec_button was uploaded....)
