page won't load properly

My site is not auto-detecting the php filename extentions for Zen Cart.

My page tries to load but gives me a list of menu options.

Is that what it's supposed to do until I fill in the info or something? My research says that there should be something else showing when I try to load my store.

I've battled this for 48 hours. I looked for help here in the FAQs and Google searches. But I'm new to all of this and the help I found out there didn't do the trick.

I found one that said to insert a line of text in to a program, but I don't really understand what that means (as in, where do I even find that code to insert that line of text?)

If I have to change something can anybody walk me through the change at all?
