Prices listed on products are wrong but taxes are not showing

Hello, I have been tyring to fix this for a while now.
On my site (www.gomangofitness.com/shop) all the products are listing prices higher than when I put them into the catolog (about 3% higher). It is not the taxes I have display taxes in price set to false and I have the tax zone configured to Canada at 5%. I have added no attributes, sales, or discounts. I am at a total loss. Any help would be great.

when I enter a product in a catogory I enter the price in the frist box, then select taxable good (which is configured to 5%)
but for some reason when I publish it it gains this 3% hike.... no clue why...

Is it exactly 3%? Or 3.x%? If you can determine the exact rate, then perhaps think of a setting that is equal to that rate, then perhaps you can find the cause.

you think it is part of the exchange rate? Is there a way to remove that?

The exact increase is 2.6% on every single price and I cannot see a setting anywhere that would cause that.
