    Default Helm Shared SLL

We are trying to configure shared SSL for our zen cart the server has helm control panel and below is how the shared SLL works :-

Helm allows support for Shared SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for your website. This means you can set up additional space that is accessible through https: rather than http. It creates a folder within your web space called SSL, so any files you put in here will be accessed through https. If you check this box and click Save, SSL will be installed on your website. The SSL URL will use the Shared SSL site that has been set up in IIS. For instance, if the Shared SSL site is "secured.com" and you are installing SSL on example.com, then the SSL URL would be https://secured.com/example-com. The SSL Physical Path is the path to the SSL folder for the domain you are installing it on, for instance: C:\Domains\example.com\SSL. This path will depend on what has been configured in the IIS Service settings.
Can someone please advice how do I enable it for our zen cart ?

That's a very OLD way of serving SSL content, designed specifically for special individual static files that are "just SSL" or "just non-SSL".

Zen Cart doesn't work that way. It's a dynamic system, not one that serves only individual unchanging static files.

Zen Cart runs from the \Domains\example.com\ folder directly, and not from a "SSL" subfolder. It's designed to share the SAME \Domains\example.com\index.php file regardless of running in HTTP or HTTPS, and it will automatically flip back and forth into SSL mode when necessary.

You'll need to work with your hosting company to configure SSL so that it can run from the same folder as your non-SSL content.
If you don't do that then you'll need to make complete DUPLICATE copies of ALL your files (php, images, css, js, EVERYTHING) and CONSTANTLY manually keep them both updated ALL THE TIME by hand. Trust me, you DO NOT want to operate that way.
If your host can't do that, find one that CAN.
