302 redirects

I've got quite a few redirects that I'd like to either do away with or change from 302 to 301..

For example:

http://www.straightrazordesigns.com/...index&cPath=18

redirects to: http://www.straightrazordesigns.com/...products_id=30 (Because that's the only product in the category).

Is there away to change this so that if the item is the only one in the category it'll display a category page like normal?

Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Skip 1-prod Categories > set to false.
