formatting help

if you look at my page you will see that the header area is black and has a strip of white down the right side. I'd like the strip of white to be on both the left and the right. How do i go about centering the black area? Thank you kindly in advance!

I did.. thanks.. Haven't had a chance to come back in and post an update. I just added a border to the main frame.
