Minimum amount is not showing !

I'm trying to set-up a minimum amount of products for sale which should be very straightforward! The thing is it worked with one product as I wanted by showing the minimum amount of(3) in the Add to Cart: BOX but it didn't show with another product, although the restriction works on both, except for one it shows 5 the other one shows 1! Both products are from the same category ! This is a link for what I want:

The problem is with this product:

But that’s happen only when I configure the customers access in the Admin configuration -Customer Details- Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices - 2= May browse but no prices unless logged in
so the customer would need to log-in to see the price once he is in the minimum amount of the second product will show 1 in the box instead of 3 while the other one shows 3 ! I checked everything on both listing, but I couldn’t find any reason for that! Any ideas ?
