Using an apostrophe in HEADER_SALES_TEXT

Our website slogan contains an apostrophe, specifically the word: It's

I saved the header.php with this word and Zencart counted the apostrophe as the end of the statement and subsequently crashed Zencart because the rest of the slogan trailed the second single quote and ended in a third single quote/apostrophe...

Is there a way to use a word with an apostrophe in HEADER_SALES_TEXT ??? I tried to use the ´ symbol but it created too much of a gap in the word.
