edit orders add product not working

and i have done modifications as the readme says, but when i try to add a product to order it redirects the site to admin front page

does anyone use this contribution?

I have the same problem. I do not have the glue where is the problem. The only reason could be that Edit Order is for v 1.3.8. and I have 1.3.9.
