No one will be able to debug a TM template. You can try to hire someone to try to fix the issue. But you probably won't find Free help for TM, at least not on this forum.

Image Handler is freely available, so your product vendor could look at it if they chose to.
TM templates aren't free and most of the people using Zen Cart seriously won't touch them and therefore have no knowledge of how they've implemented their features, so can't really help you.
The best guess I could make is that TM put the javascript in the wrong place, so when you added Image Handler, TM's javascript stopped working. But that's a complete guess.

Looks like I'm going to have to uninstall image handler, which is a shame...
For similar functionality, admin side, try Image Manager.
I don't believe that touches the store side and so eliminates the risk of clashes such as the one you've experienced.
