You didn't say exactly what you want to do, but adding this to the bottom of your stylesheet should give you a start:

.categoryListBoxContents a {font-size:1.5em; color:#000;}

I want to increase the fonts of categories, such as "Gift Items", "Electronics", etc...

That will then be adding to what you have - and adjust to suit
