Page 2 not showing

I am using 1.39h Zencart. My website is

I am needing to know how to get the page 2 and page 3 to show up somewhere in my store. I don't see tham anywhere, though I can access the redefine pages with no problems. Would someone be kind enough to tell me how to make sure they are even turned on, if that is the problem?
