[problem]index page, new product for this month

hi

i would like to ask what govern the index page-new product for this month?

i have create more than 10 new items just now, but they are not appearing on the index page, new product for JULY box.

the box keep on showing the old item 3 months before.
i have checked the MYPHP ADMIN, the database, product table, all other products created date are 3 months before. this imply that the new product for JULY box are not working probably, not showing my new created items. why? thank you.
