letting customers know postage rate before paying

Is there a way of letting my customers know that I will send them a Tax Invoice with postage details on it before they pay for their purchase. I have used this method with all my customers on my other site before.

Some of my items cost less than $1.00 to post and it depends how much they are orderig, it could cost them about $23.00 to post in Australia.

Any help would be appreciated on this.
