new server - whos online cart missing

just moved servers and the only problem/difference i seem to have is that the who's online page has stopped showing the cart for the online users,

any reason why this might have gone?

i remember this going before and fixing it about a year ago when upgrading to 1.3.9 but cant find the posts as searching for whos online cart etc brings up 90% of the posts on the forum
