link in admin not working - says /admin/FILENAME_ORDERS_STATUS.php

while trying to edit my order status today i found that the order status link in the admin area would not point to the file. instead it links as follows:

socaloffroad.net/**admin**/FILENAME_ORDERS_STATUS.php

any way of fixing this? this is the only link not working that i can find.

the site has been up and running after moving servers for about 3-4 months. im guessing when i changed servers something got messed up in the move.

thanks

Apparently your /includes/filenames.php file is damaged

What's MORE important is understanding WHY that file was damaged. That file should never be touched after first installation. Thus, it suggests you should do a complete audit of all your files to determine what *else* might be damaged, and figure out why.

Re: link in admin not working - says /admin/FILENAME_ORDERS_STATUS.php

i thought if i copied all the files intact and transferred them to my new hosting account with the same domain name the re-uploaded them to the new account nothing would go wrong. i guess i was wrong. the damaged file had extra spaces in it (thanks dreamweaver) so i re-uploaded everything using filezilla.
ill be doing a complete reinstall with in the next few weeks now. thanks DrByte

Re: link in admin not working - says /admin/FILENAME_ORDERS_STATUS.php

There's a tutorial on the topic of moving to new servers: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=100

And, yes, DW should never be relied upon for mass file transfers. A dedicated FTP program is a much wiser choice, as you've discovered.
