Zone Rate duplication

Hi, I am trying to duplicate zone rate module because I need different rates for one of the categories. I have a nice if statement that is doing the trick for table rates so I think it is not an issue in this case as well. The thing that is worrying me is that when I am trying to duplicate the module and do it accordingly to instructions from:

Zen-Cart doesn't even find the duplicated module. I mean it is not displayed and the whole menu on the right (with "install/remove" etc options) is gone. Can anyone tell me what is my mistake?

Ok, I just made a very dumb mistake- I forgot to change class name etc. in the zones2.php.

Sorry for spam but I have another problem This time I get :
"1062 Duplicate entry 'MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONES2_COUNTRIES_1' for key 'unq_config_key_zen'

I don't know what caused the error as I am doing everything just the same way as when it comes to duplicating any of the shipping modules and I never got this kind of communicate before.
