Alright, thanks for your answer.
Also I have a problem with getting blurry alt images.
It seems like it enlargens up the thumbs.
Maybe it has to do with Image Handler? Or it somehow picks up the wrong files..
hmm...
yup, that's a problem when using image handler since it creates only the size need for each instance. Without image handler the script works better. A quandry for sure.
I just found the solution for blurry images.
Once Image handler is activated, go to configuration --> Images.
Set IH resize images to no
:)
Of course you can do that but that really defeats the purpose of the image handler. Better to have image resizing and faster pages than this hover over for your cart.
Is it just me, or when you click the additional image, it opens the image file in the same window (needing to click the browser back button to go back to the product info page) rather than a popup like the when you click the original image? (using FF, IE or Chrome, by the way we are not using image handler.)
Well, well. You are right. This is designed just to be a hover and not a click so I missed that!!! Nobody has even mentioned it before.
I simplified it down a little too far! Another post it note on my work board for future work when I'm not busy!
Don't hold your breath! :) I'm so overwhelmed with work that it's going to be quite a while before I can touch this.
