Change header layout

Hello,
I am using zencart v1.3.9h and barebones template.
In firebug I see

inside div headerWrapper, div navMainWrapper is above div logoWrapper.

I would like to move div navMainWrapper below div logoWrapper but I do not find the correct file for this.

I thought I had fixed this but it is not right. I go to

\public_html\catalog\includes\templates\template_default\common\tpl_header.php and save a copy in
\public_html\catalog\includes\templates\barebones\commmon\tpl_header.php

I then change the copy. I move line 64-67 to after <!--eof-navigation display--> (new line 96)

but still it does not change.
