Which shipping or payment module I should use?

Zen Cart version 1.3.9h, not upgraded, Templated added.

I would like to know if there is a way to change Zen Cart with a Shipping Module which allows me to remove the Calculate Shipping (it doesn't need to be logged in) and add the Shipping selection after you log into the store and add the Step Bar which guides you the Payment Process step by step in a line. I have seen it in other stores like (clubcocina.net). Maybe I'm a little bit confused between shipping and payment modules, that's why I need help.
