Multiple images no longer appearing

After upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 mulitple images are no longer appearing. I have name it as required image_01.jpg, image_02.jpg, etc but it seems it overwrites it as the base image. I also made sure "do not over write" is clicked on the category/product page in the admin portal.

any suggestions?

I want to clarify that only new listings are not working with mulitple image upload. The products that were uploaded before the upgrade was alread.

In the 2nd link, I attempted to upload the 2nd image but it replaces first image that was already there.

That is the "MainImage" and by default only one main image is allowed in the default code
Your first link has 2 main images
No "additional Images

This must be a customization module added or is part of your template
You will have to determine which and check the docs for how to accomplish what is seen in your first link

OK, I still have the old codes with the customization. Which folder/files should I look for in the old codes?

I still have the old 1.3.8 intact in it's original directory format. I can run a merge if I know exactly which files to look for. The site is still accessible via subdirectory path.

If your orig site was managed using the override system, most all custom files will be in folders named for your template

Is it customized?
Is it a file that has a new version from what ever version you are upgrading from?

Check the /docs folder on the 1.3.9h files for the change log
