if click on home I have forbidden

I installed version 1.3.9 and it is all ok, if I click on every link on the home, but home is only available on
www.mysite.com/store/index.php

if I go on www.mysite.com/store/ or click on home and so I am redirect on www.mysite.com/store/ page I have

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /store/ on this server.

What could it be? Please
I have a dedicated server with linux centos 5.6

no it is first installation
no addon clean install of zencart
installed via ftp and run zc_install
I see in faqs but I didn't see anything

You need to talk to your hosting company and tell them that your server isn't properly configured for PHP pages. The DirectoryIndex directive for your domain needs to include "index.php" as one of the default documents that it loads.
