    help question PayPal Express Checkout - No Refund Box

    New Zenner and new Cart - undergoing final testing

    Zen Cart 1.3.9h

    Both PayPal Website Payments Pro for credit card payments and Express Checkout for PayPal account payments are configured.
    Both work OK payment processing, etc.
    Payment action = Final
    Set Order Status = Processing (2)

    Problem - Refund Box does not appear on orders paid with a PayPal account payment.

    Your help and assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Yes, sometimes that happens. You can easily do the refund from within your PayPal account, which accomplishes the same end result.

    Dr. Byte,

    Appreciate your prompt response.

    Is there any solution or fix to get the refund box to display?

    Reason being we have a "Store Operator" and he doesn't need PayPal account access.

    Thanks Doc. I had read all of those threads previously and searched the forum several times as well as Googled the web before making my post.

    Appreciate any and all ideas/suggestions to check.
