Hopefully some gurus can help me. I am helping someone with her store located here http://www.abbeys-treasures-inc.com/cart/

She does not want to have any payment options setup and she is not very tech savvy. I am not a zen guru and am helping manage her site which was abandon by an old designer, so I am still learning.

Here is the scenario she wants; it seems easy enough but I'm not sure how to implement it:

1. customer buys like normal, goes through check out like normal, but at the very end, instead of entering their CC info to pay, a page displays that says something like "the seller will contact you soon to arrange for payment and shipping. This is not a receipt of sale. If the seller has not contacted you within XX amount of days, please contact us with your order number."

2. The seller will get an email notification that a sell was made and that she will have to contact the customer soon.

Anyone know how to make this work? Thanks for your consideration.
