help me show additional images Please. Using image handler3

I am trying to get our online store up and I can not seem to get the additional images to show. I am using ZenCart 3.9h and image handler3. The image handler3 is set up with several products and all seems to be working fine except that I only get the main image when logging in to the actual site. I have made sure that "Show Product Additional Images" is set to 1 in Catalog Product type, and "Product Info - Number of Additional Images per Row" is set at 3 in Configuration-Images, also I have rechecked the names of the images and they are in the right format to be picked up and all in the same place. I am stumped. I would list the site but I do not have it set up for the public yet. Anyone have any idea what I may be missing?

Does your template support additional images?

Yes it does it has the following section in the "tpl_product_info_display.php" file:

I fixed the problem but still do not know what it was. I overwrote the image handler files with originals and all is well now. Thanks for listening:)
