Featured Products - increase image size

Hi,

I have Featured Products listed on the main page... may I know how to increase image size...

I've tried to increase it through admin -> configuration -> images -> Featured Products Image Height/width

apparently it's not changing through the admin panel...

my image size is 261 x 313 and I want to display 120 x 120...

for your reference my website is gpakistan.com

if you are using modified template ..go back to default zen cart template and see if that shows different size if so then you need to check into your template file.

I am using aberdeen_neutral template...

can you please elaborate a bit as I am a new bee and would appreciate step by step instructions...

go in tools>>template selection and set default template and then check if you get the new image size

when I change option under tools -> images -> "Image - Use Proportional Images on Products and Categories" to 0 then my images get changed (though look weird) ... can this be causing issues...?
