Better Together Centerbox

I installed this
Better Together Centerbox

but I can't figure out where to go in the Admin panel to make it happen, and how to configure it.

Please help!

Admin only allows 7 minutes to edit (too short a time!!) so here is more detail about my problem:

I installed this

This is the part of the instructions I don't understand; how EXACTLY do I start adding discounts? Is includes/modules/order_total/ot_better_together.php somewhere in the admin panel? :

just start adding
discounts to includes/modules/order_total/ot_better_together.php.
The discounts are shown on the second step in
"Your Total" under "Better Together."

You need to install Better Together

first, THEN install the Centerbox.
