Looking for Affiliate Module w/Unique Functionality

Using Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I need an Affiliate Module with the normal link functionality, BUT ALSO...
I need it so that affiliates WITHOUT websites can get credit for sales. In other words, an affiliate can have their own easy link for their biz cards. For instance, if my site is fitgirlwear.com, the link could be fitgirlwear.com/nancysmith or something. So when someone types in that address that they got off her biz card, Nancy Smith would get credit for anything the customer bought.

I cannot find such a module. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a thought... if you used subdomains, i.e., nancysmith.fitgirlwear.com, and added that url as a link to the affiliate system, would that solve your problem?
