Default Website disappearing after first order

    Hello,

Chunks of my website disappear after an order has been made.
It's works fine until you place an order and also becomes fixed after you logout.

I have set up a test account which has placed an order:
    email: [email protected]
    password: testing

    Any help appreciated.

    That's not what I'm saying.
The problem occurs when your 'logged in' after you've bought something.

Still, I didn't see anything strange happening to your site

Does the footer and right hand sideboxes disappear (except for livehelp?).

If you switch to the Classic template do you still have the same problem? ( I tested and yes, when you log in parts disappear)

I have switched to the classic template and it all works as it should so the problem is obviously with my new template.

Is there any reason why this template works fine until an order is placed?

You have a serious problem there. When I view source I see zenids all over the place in your links.

I've no idea whether that can have the effect you're seeing, but it's a Very Bad Thing anyway.

I had the same type of issue once, on a diff template though. On my site, it says 'Login' - then once you log in, it changes to the persons name, and this was in the navigation/catagory bar of the site. If the persons name was too long, it pushed sideboxes over and screwed up layout, and some boxes vanished.

Maybe its something like this - I can't see it directly on your page, but its the only thing I can think of on a page that changes once you log in, and will affect every page.

    Something to think about.

Have you by any chance got any banners that are meant to turn on when logged in, because if you compare the source code of your site when logged in and logged out, it stops the moment it reaches

    <!--// bof: bannerboxall //-->

...and the other sideboxes and footer are called after this bit of code, hence why they are not showing.
