Certain items only available once signed in

I have looked every where for this question without any luck. If this issue has been raised in a nother thread I'm sorry I must of missed it.

I would like to know if there is a way to make certain items only visable/purchasable once a certain person has signed into their account.

I would like my Party Plan consultants to be able to place their customers orders through my store a long with any stationary supplies they need to order from me.

However I do not want the stationary items to be visable to general customers, only my consultants.

Can someone please tell me if this is possable or not, and how I can do it.

I don't know if this will help. It says it works with 1.3.9. I don't use it so I can't comment on it otherwise.
